another idea - is to make half the top layer to minimize the proportion of sweetness.
i think i'll probably test it as the recipe says and then see what I think about the white chocolate layer.

I don't think I ever saw that brand ... but may be I just wasn't paying attention. I'll definitely look for it next time I'm in the store.
