6 month assessment of the 35W bridge collapse

NTSB is saying that the bridge collapsed due to a design flaw, something that inspections couldn't have found
The gusset plates - the steel plates that hold the steel beams together were half the thickness they should have been - 1/2 inch instead of an inch.
