dumaju, chto vam stoit nachat' s togo, chto trebuet provetrivanija (pokraska, razval sten)... podval mozhno delat' zimoj..

No prigotov'tes' k "osadnomu" polozheniju na vse vremja remonta.. Dom ne prenadlezhit tebe.. vezde razruxa...
