I wrote to the Secretary of State office and got a response: Dear Sir or Maddam, Thank you for your input regarding the "Don't Vote" billboards posted throughout the Twin Cities area. We have taken note of your concerns and I have forwarded your message and others on this matter to Clear Channel to make them aware of the disappointment that individuals have been expressing.
